The discovery of cork is a fundamental milestone. They sincerely believe that a “non metal” could be elevated to a noble material, as gold or silver. So Tappo’s was born. It isn’t a simple jewelery brand but a philosophy, a natural thought connected to the beauty, culture, nature.

With this production Roberto and Francesco create precious accessories so original that become seductive and incomparable. Tappo’s highlights the sophistication and refinement of the jewel in which is enclosed all the Mediterranean beauty. The strength is the respect for the ecosystem in which everything turns into something else.Re-use and natural transformation led to their cork creation, in which nothing is wasted.

Cork scraps are minced in little bits and then they are combined to create new jewels. In this way Tappo’s helps in preserving cork oak using the constantly regenerating bark.Jewels made of 925 silver are nichel free: environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic.Small-scale production methods are guaranteed by a quality team of master artisans.

This vision has led to create Tappo&Pasta in which mediterranean nature, italian manufacturing and cork are mixed in a single symbol: pasta.Bronze is the protagonist of this special collection inspired by bronze drawn pasta. Bronze jewels are gold dipped. Following the teaching of Benvenuto Cellini the objects are totally handmade by investment casting and then finished on the workbench.
